1000x Crypto is Tap Trading's high-variance format. Box durations stretch significantly longer than standard Tap Markets, and far-away ranges produce multiplier ceilings that can reach extreme levels. This is the format for players who want occasional huge payouts and accept frequent smaller losses.

The 1000x Crypto format

1000x Crypto uses the same fundamental box mechanic as Tap Markets — a live chart with floating boxes — but stretched along two dimensions:

1. Longer durations. Box durations extend well beyond Tap Markets' 2/3/4-second range, sometimes to tens of seconds or longer.
2. Further-away ranges. Boxes are positioned at price levels that are unlikely to be reached in any normal short window.
3. Extreme multipliers. The combination of long duration + far-away range produces multipliers that can climb into the hundreds or thousands.

The mechanics underneath are the same: you tap a box, you win if the price enters and stays inside the range for the duration. But the kind of market movement required to win is dramatically different. You're not betting on a 2-second tick — you're betting that the market will make a substantial sustained move.

Why multipliers can be so much higher

The 1000x Crypto name reflects the multiplier ceiling — payouts on rare boxes can reach 1000× the stake. This is possible because the win conditions are much narrower:

• A short, modest move that wins a Tap Markets box won't usually win a 1000x box.
• You're betting on a specific magnitude and direction of move over a longer window.
• Larger multipliers correspond to less likely magnitude+duration combinations.

The math underneath is approximately the same as options pricing — the multiplier reflects the implied probability of the box winning.

When 1000x Crypto is the right format

1000x Crypto is the right format when:

• The market is in a high-volatility regime where larger sustained moves are more likely.
• You have a specific view on the magnitude and direction of likely movement, not just box selection.
• You want occasional high-multiplier payouts and are comfortable with frequent smaller losses.
• You've mastered standard Tap Markets and want a different challenge.

It's the wrong format when:

• You're new to Tap Trading — start with Tap Markets first.
• You want consistent session results — 1000x has much higher variance.
• You're playing a calm market — extended formats need movement to settle profitably.

Risk considerations specific to 1000x

1000x Crypto has higher variance than other Market Games™ formats. A few things to note:

• Most tap-ins will lose. The expected hit rate on far-away long-duration boxes is significantly lower than standard Tap Markets boxes.
• Wins are larger. But they're less frequent, so session-level swings are bigger.
• Bankroll matters more. A 1000x session can include a long stretch of losses before a big win — you need enough cushion to stay in the game.
• Don't increase stake to chase the big multiplier. Sizing should reflect variance, not optimism.
